The Original Crossfitters

This Monday was a landmark date! Everyone in Long Beach will remember June 23rd as having been the very first Crossfit class at 360 Combat Club Long Beach. A group of 11 students along with Erik and 360's newest instructor Jessica Burkhard ran through a grueling workout. Everyone completed 3 rounds of 400m run, 40 sit-ups, 30 wall ball, 20 box jumps and 10 deadlift high pulls. All this was done for time. The first to finish was long time student Adam White with a remarkable time of 21:00. The Crossfit schedule for Long Beach is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 9am. As the program grows, so too will the number of classes. Come in, try it out, and take your fitness to a whole new level.
