WOD July 1, 2008


Yesterday was too easy. Bring a lunch to this one, you may be here awhile...

3 Rounds, for Time:

Run 800 meters

21 Kettlebell Swings (1.5 pood)

21 Thrusters (95 lbs)

21 Pull-ups

If you can't do it as prescribed, don't use that as an excuse to bail.
Don't worry, tomorrow will be easy (*evil laughter*)
