Yeah Long Beach! Way to lift! Now try this:

3 rounds for time:

400 m run

20 box jumps

20 burpees (yeah burpees! Embrace what you despise.)

20 wall balls

"If it wasn't hard everybody would do it."

I almost met Pukie in the middle of doing this workout.
22:05 but not as rx'd- I was the only one at the school so I couldn't do the runs (and leave the door open). I modified by doing jump rope instead (100 singles).
