Shoulder press, 21 reps
Run 800 meters
Push press, 21 reps
Run 800 meters
Push Jerk, 21 reps
Do I smell vomit?... ;)
REMEMBER- don't do the weight unless you can do the form!!!!!!!!!!!!!
