You can always replace the extensions with supermans (but you'll missing about 1/2 the fun!) Check out the locked out, straight legs and the snaking motion she uses to bring herself upright (gets you to use the whole back- more bang for your buck!)

First Cfit workout in a month, ugh!Stupid me I added an extra 400 after the 3 superman's,forgot to count cause I was so concentrated on trying not to pass out! Glad to be back!

Whoa! What's this "squats for pullups" stuff for Ms. Halsey? BALONEY!!! There's no arm/lat work in squats!

And what's with Chris doing the abmat?!?! He already beat me by more than 2 minutes, but you realize he probably did the WOD about 5 seconds faster that way: NO FAIR! (Then again, to be fair, it looks like all of the machines were pretty busy -- O.K., he gets a pass on this one, but just this once!)

And what's with me not doing anything?!?!?!? What's up with THAT???? (Don't worry, I got an FGB-based workout with the other suck... ah, fitters, in the Matrix at 11).
