Awesome job today everyone! Had some new faces to help end the year with some blood, sweat and tears. Have fun tonite, be safe and see you all in 2009!
AAAAAAAGGGGGGHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!! I am so P.O.'d! I got a frantic call this morning and had to deal with what ultimately worked out to be a truly STOOOPID emergency (which means I missed the shredder).
I hope you guys got in some really sucky moments on my behalf. Somebody please post it so I can try and do it at home.

For those of you who are curious and wonder what the heck we did, here you go...
4 stations/2 person teams
1)Thrusters-rx w/55#,m/75#
2)Box Jumps
3)Sumo Deadlift High Pull-rx55#&75#
4)Burpees
At start, one member of a team ran 400m while the other member completes as many reps as possible until team member returns from the run. Upon return, team members switch so that lifter runs and runner lifts. Continue this cycle until all four stations are completed. Count each member's reps at each station and get team total at end of workout. (Luckily we had innocent bystanders counting for each other!) Womens time limit was 18min and 16min for men. For every 10 seconds, or part of, over the time limit 5 points were deducted from the team total.
Very proud of all of you who came in and shared in our last shredder of 2008...tear...
