Time to get our hands dirty... If you're doing the Grace Challenge tomorrow, I wouldn't recommend coming in today.

50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders
See you Saturday for Grace!!!

Nice work Steven! Thanks for the extra instruction and really making us push through a full simulated kip before the pushup jump - made a HUGE difference for me (much more work than just jumping up and down).
(Can't freakin believe I had 50 double-unders in me after this "stuff"! Thanks again, Steven for not letting me slack on that.)
