I did the wod at home. I did it in 20:30!!

Mike, what were your weights?

I felt oddly calm on the run today, which is refreshing, since I usually just can't stand big 8 runs. These one-armed exercises really highlight developmental (and balance) deficiencies in the non-dominant hand/arm. I sure hope the kettlebell training will help me find a better balance.

But the whole balancing act thing was kind of a cool challenge.
