7 Rounds:
30 seconds wall balls
30 seconds box jumps
30 seconds rest
Noob: "But my goodness! This sounds so easy! Are you sure? Is that all?"
Me: "Pick up a heavier ball. Jump onto a higher plyo box. And never, never look a gift horse in the mouth. A relatively easy workout today usually means a relatively painful one tomorrow..."

WAIT: if it's 7 rounds for time, and each component-set has a 30 second time limit, aren't we all going to get 10:30 for time? Which leads me to ask "which did you mean?":

OPTION 1 - do the 7 rounds as described, but count the total number of reps.
pros: everyone finished at same time; easy on the timer.
cons: wildly varying loads/rates amongst Xfitters (depending on pace).

OPTION 2 - 30 wall balls; 30 box jumps; 30 sec. rest - for time.
pros: commensurate load on everyone; different individual rates yield different time results.
cons: tracking staggered rest periods (but do-able).

(Or are we just doing a commie WOD where everyone finishes at the same time, no matter the individual effort, for the aggregate work of the proletariat brings honor to the state as a whole, which dispenses an equal share of glory to each according to his needs, taking from each only according to his means?

It was an error, Mustafa. Just in case anyone is confused, it's not for time, it's for numbers (e.g. try to get the highest number of reps during each 30 second span).
Going to fix it now.
