FREAKIN HUGE TURNOUT!!!!
You guys are GREAT! I love to see all of you guys come out for the shredders. We even got Big Mark on my team, who put in that GREAT extra effort on thrusters and medball squats, being a tall guy who's got to go the extra mile up and down (literally!). Big Ben was a thruster MACHINE; and Jason Hanks never ceases to amaze me with his stamina! Tom and Jeff also showed everybody that we work hard and from the heart! EVERYBODY on my team rocked hard! But why does it not surprise me that teams with Chris and Jim came in 1st and 2nd? We got some ringers here! You guys are inspiring.
A special big ups to Lara, whom I saw leading the pack on the final run with kick-a$$ Kim (did you even break a sweat after 30 straight thrusters?) and a bevvy of beautiful X-Fitters. 360 LADIES ROCK 365! Ben: why is it that Margo looks so fresh after doing such a strenuous workout? What are you guys eating at home? What's the secret?!?!?!
It is especially nice to see everyone come out to a great send off for Jimmy, who's going to Iraq to supplement our hard-charging troops overseas. Jimmy (who did a few muscle ups after the WOD [DAMN!], after coming in TOPS with his team), we love you and we keep you in our thoughts, prayers and hearts, and we look forward to getting you back as soon as we can. YOU ROCK BROTHER!
