40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

Just a friendly reminder about scheduling and start of classes. If you are coming from the Willow school to Crossfit, please arrive as quickly as possible. It will make things flow much more smoothly for everyone.

Great job you guys! Just a word on the tardiness- remember, if you are over 20 minutes late, it's up to the instructor whether or not you can train... Be responsible!

Did you see the system Jason A. worked out to keep track of everyone's round times and 3 min. rest times? IMPRESSIVE!!! Especially for the 6pm class. There were 9 people, split into two groups running simultaneously. AMAZING!!!
It may not be (as Alan says) brain science or rocket surgery, but that chart was a thing of mathematical beauty.
