5:30 a.m.

It started to rain by the time the workout started, so we had to do something else. Baseline (subbed rower and bike for run) x 3, rested as needed

For those interested, here are two great entries on tmuscle.com by Jonny Bowden. He's a great nutritionist whose blog I follow from time to time. One good section, when asked what his "food pyramid" would look like:

"It would probably be more like a circle with about 70% of calories divided equally among protein, fat, and fibrous vegetables and fruits; another 10% for nuts, another 10% for beans, and an optional 10% for grains."

LOVE this guy. What I love most is that he confirms pretty much everything we praise about CrossFit nutrition. :)
