I don't know what those Rangels are eating at home, but I'd like to get a subscription delivery order in -- I'll even pay for the overnight delivery option if available.

I wanted to comment that I really like the mini WOD warmup idea. It feels like a more complete warmup; plus, I often feel after a WOD that I could probably have done better if I'd done a smaller workout earlier. Voila! request granted.

Also , I want to thank our instructors for the quality feedback they give. It is extremely useful when they show us how to do the exercises correctly AND when they show the typical mistakes. Thanks y'all!!

Some food for thought- a NYT article entitled "Is running barefoot better for you?"

Jenn what are the chances of you posting or emailing the warmup each week?

Often I walk in and am not familiar with some of the exercises. Just like the daily WODs were my form is better when I've studid the exercise before trying it.

Also, would be helpful for weeks like this were I have to workout from home.

It would also give you another chance to be in "Constant Contact" with the xfiters and might remind people why try love CF.

Thanks Moose,

As to what we eat? steel and nails every now and then we'll substitute the nails for rivets. :o)

and

your right!! We have excellent trainers that do a heck of a job introducing and correcting our forms.
