Your score is your total number of double unders and situps-- and we're going with AB MAT situps for EVERYONE. Please don't fight your coaches on this. Many of you are so good that you'll be clocking a lot of situps, and we don't want to do any muscular damage by using the GHD.

So, just another Zone observation. Something really weird happened yesterday. I ate lunch with Kim at Open Sesame and I *didn't want any pita bread*. Like, it didn't tempt me at all. Stuck to the grilled chicken and salad. So strange, because I thought for sure I would be almost romantically attracted to the pita bread, per usual, but it held absolutely no sway over me!
Is it possible that Julie is right? You start to crave bread etc. less and less? :)

Jenn, I'll second your observation. I'm in MN visiting family, and we went to Olive Garden for dinner... yeah, I'm talking unlimited breadstick goodness.

Except I ate half a breadstick and kind of forgot about it for the rest of the meal. I used to down like 20 of those things, but wasn't even interested this time.

wow your so right Dr. Jenn, I thought we were the only ones. Adri and I decided to have a huge platter of ceviche (mixed seafood cooked in lemon juice) for one of our cheat meals, we even put the potato's and rolls aside.

Also we had our last cheat meal today and although it was well worth it we were able to identify the sluggish and food coma syndrome.

Hey fellow Zone-ies! Who out there has a good Zone dessert recipe or suggestion? Havnt really wanted the breads, but been jonesen for something sweet at night. Dont get why, I just am. Right now Im thinkin somethin along the lines of a large chocolate shake, and I just tell myself its a salad,,,,,cause its mind over matter,,,right? Huh? Whadda'ya think? ;)
