Just wanted to let you all know that "those people" over at Willow ;) are having a free catch wrestling workshop this Friday night from 6-8pm. Good way to get in the mood for the UFC on Saturday night!

Yesterday I did a wod at work. I did 30 reps of power cleans with a 78lb tree stump. I did it in 6:58. Getting a grip on it was not easy. It was a really great workout.

I'm posting for the first time so hello out there. I am "zoning" and feeling pretty good. I've managed to go 15 days w/out eating a single processed food!! Nothing but fresh food and lots of cooking. Truthfully...I'm impressed w/ myself.

Was wondering if anyone has gotten any Zone cookbooks. I see a lot of recipes online but wanted to purchase a good Zone cookbook that breaks it down by 3 and 4 block meals. Please let me know.

It's our anniversary on Friday and I'm going to cheat...Zone cheat, that is. I'm going to cheat BIG. But I'll get back in the Zone by Saturday.

Anyone want to buy an avocado tree with me? Stock in almonds?
