September 5-7, 2009 CLOSED


Have a nice break, everybody! Relax, take it easy, recover. Seriously- you'll see your performance improve when you rest (no kidding). Keep up with the Zoning; long weekends are sure to be a challenge, but we can do it! :)

Did last Monday's 20min. AMRAP 5-thrusters/7-hpc/10-sdhp @95#, after a respectable row/situp/pushup/medballclean/goodmornings/dislocators warmup. I got 7 rxd.

I thought "Man, that's gotta suck by comparison." Then I looked at Monday's results: lo and behold, it's a respectable score! If I'd been with the crew on Mon., maybe I could have hit superhuman level with Efren (8), but probably not inhuman level (11 - you know who you are!)

If I complete "Nate" tomorrow, that's a full makeup for the week! Don't think I'll be suffering any post-Labor Day picnic guilt. :-p
