April 16, 2009

Here's an odd little blend.
Complete the following twice for time:
20 push-ups
20 walking lunge steps
20 squats
Run 400m with medball
20 burpees
20 box jumps (20")
20 Abmat sit-ups
Run 400m with medball

5050 club: 2-2-2
Buy in- the above plus an additional 1-1-1
Have you guys seen the qualifier WODs? They are SICK! Don't worry- you'll get your chance next week (hehe).

Efren, Dave and Wendy also did their part for the 5050 club, and I did 3-3-3 since I forgot yesterday. :)

3x2 (higher order math for mustaffa's benefit): done

Okay I know I'm going to get skewered for this and I can't understand why Mustaffa hasn't already brought this up. But I started to think about the higher order math stuff and I realized that since we are doing 3 exercises for each round this should really be the 15150 club. Or I like the spin 1-5150 club. 5150 is the Wellfaire and Institutions code (commonly used by police) to represent a crazy person. Which is another reason why I can't believe Mustaffa, the lawyer, didn't point this out. If you complete this exercise aren't you one crazy person 1-5150?

Great, Mustafa, now this overanalytical stuff is airborne and spreading.

I don't make the math ... I just do it.

(Jay: I raised the W&F § 5150 point during the last club, advocating for one more day so we could hit the magic crazy number. Only the crazy people did an extra day ... with me.)

Dubbed!
