30 air squats
10 chest-to-bar pullups (clavicle or below must touch bar)
5 Cleans (155#M; 105#W)
Scale as needed, obviously, to safely challenge yourself.

As much as I wanted to do overhead squats again today, instead subbed 5 mi easy jog & brief swim at cabrillo beach (very brief actually, was afraid I'd be decapitated by the myriad of windsurfers). Cold water was like a giant ice pack on every sore muscle... loved it.

8's done. Preceded by 1.5 mile jog/sprint to the bus (which I continued to chase down the road a bit after missing it by about 15 seconds), and followed by carrying/moving a bunch of doors & tables around.
Nice job on everybody's times today... kudos to Ken & Sarah for getting it done rxd.
Julie, happy to report I've been eating more these last few days, including plenty of meat & veggies. Will look into that grass-fed beef.
