Is this your favorite WOD? It's definitely in my top 5. The questions on Kim's athlete profile on the 2009 Games site- go to games.2009.crossfit.com- got me to thinking about what everyone's favorite WODs were. Thoughts?
Also- just want to let everyone know that the revamped Matrix will be starting on May 6-- it will be held at the same times as last time, Wednesday at 7 pm and Saturday at 11 am. There's a little twist though- it's been specifically designed to get you into killer shape as you prepare for summer; there will be a nutritional aspect, and its main goal is to improve your strength. I mean, really improve your strength. As in, you should be putting up PR's (Personal Records) on your lifts every week. Every class will have a weightlifting component, a cardiovascular component, and a gymnastic (body weight exercises) component. It will be a closed class that is going to require preregistration-- email me at jennifer@crossfit360.com if you are interested.

My favorites are the group and team workouts. When I have someone else depending on me I push myself harder and don't listen to the little voice in my head that wants to lay down and take a nap.

I'm with DeeAnna on the group/team workouts. You're less likely to grab your blanket and a cookie when others are counting on you... to kick major amounts of ass. :-)

So, yeah, 13s all done, Lucky Ducky! Looking forward to this evening, it shall be FRANTASTIC!!!

I need to go back and look at where I left off, I think I may need to make up my 10's, 11's, 12's and 13's-yuck!

OK, Luis, I like running too, so long as it's incorporated with some other workout, not just sprints. I don't think there is anyone who likes to run as much as you do! Favorite WOD--Angie--kidding!! 13 done.

I'll second natnjohn on Fight Gone Bad... that's probably my favorite workout I've done so far. Also like anything with wallballs =)

Least favorite: anything with pull-ups =(. Need to get over that.

Also really enjoy the group workouts. "Jimmy" was a fantastic workout!

Julie, will bring your container to the gym tomorrow. Thanks for the Lara bars... I already ate them anyway... after getting home from the qualifier I ate everything in my path ;)

Favorite wod has to be Helen!!

My favorite is "Frandy". Moose named it. It's 3 frans with a 400m run before each one. (BTW I only did it once) I couldn't figure why it took me close to 50 minutes and everyone else did it in 13 minutes. I guess I should follow directions more closely but I've always been the guy running into a fire when everyone else is running out. and the dumb ones become Firemen!

Julie mentioned grass-fed beef a few posts back... anyone interested in getting in on a bulk order? Wifey and I are planning on ordering a split half (~85 lbs of various cuts). I am trying to bulk up, but don't think we'll go through all that ourselves =), so we're looking for a few people to go in on it. Ruth and I are taking the day off after being in the field all weekend rucking up and down hills.

It just so happens I did this workout last Thursday, though. Finished in 8:12 as rxd.

I had the day off today and I was so anxious to try to beat my old time and did it..

old time: 4:54
Todays time: 4:38

Still a minute off of jasons time wich is crazy fast!! I gave it all I could and didnt't come close.. But I did meet pukie for 7rds no time limit.. That sucked!! One i'll get under 4:00 mins.. And I tried to film it to critique myself but camera died.. Only got the first round..
