3 med ball cleans
6 pushups
9 squats
Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.

I didn't even realize it until halfway through the WOD that the music wasn't on, everyone was working so hard! Oops-sorry guys!

By the way, MAJOR kudos to the 5:30 a.m. people-I can hardly see straight at that time and they were A-MA-ZING!! Who's the boss of those med balls? YOU WERE! ;)
