WOD August 18, 2008


Tabata This!
Ta-what-a? Tabata! A tabata is 20 seconds of work and ten seconds of rest performed eight times. Perform a tabata cycle at each of the following exercises. Rest one minute between exercises. Score is the total of the lowest amount of reps done in any of the eight rounds for each exercise.
Squats
Pullups
Pushups
Situps
And yes, for all you pansies who are always looking for technicalities, count your Tabata pushups toward your 4 for today. If you don't make it in, post your pushups (and a joke or funny story would be nice too. Just to keep things entertaining).

all 4 done. Also, Kyle has been doing them all with from day 1. I didn't understand that we had to post them everyday. So I will be doing that from now on for him.

It’s 5-pushup day (unless you made us do Thurs.’s 1 grueling pushup for nothing...grrrr...)
Fell for the daylight savings trick again (I'm sooo gullible!), so I Tabata’d at home, by myself. No, not in the dark, but why do you ask? (Hey!) >:-(

But, I think you're mixed up Mustafa (aka John). Pushup club started Friday the 15. So just make sure you remember that you'll be doing 5,051 when this is all over.
