"Walking Lunges of Death"
400 m weighted walking lunges
How much weight? What's rx'd? Mommy! There is no rx on this one, guys, just grab the heaviest dumbbells or dynamax ball you can, and start walking! Dumbbells can be held at your sides, dynamax ball at your chest.
Word to the wise: STRETCH afterwards. Especially if you have to get out of bed for any reason tomorrow, and definitely if you'll have to face any stairs.
Oh, and it's 5 pushups today!

I completed my 5 push-ups for the day. On day 100 do the push-ups have to be performed as a single set or within any certain period of time?

You'll get a mixed bag of responses on that Kirk. I would say, as long as you complete them during a workout, you can break them up. Meaning, if we're lifting, do a few pushups between each rep or set. It's kind of a cop-out if you do 10 at 9 am, 10 at 11 am, and so on...but hey, better that than 0!

Whoowhee. Way to push yourselves guys--this sucked. We've also renamed them "urban lunges" as the scenery, i.e. crazy bums and the trash smell, make doing these lunges especially interesting. :)
