In honor of Michael's Birthday:
Little Michael
3 Rounds for time:
400 m run
50 situps (GHD or Abmat)
50 back extensions (or Supermans)
+12 for today!

So you know it's bad when you start dreaming about the next day's workout. Here was mine about "lil michael." It was a group workout (three people): one had to do GHD situps, one had to do the run and one had to make nachos...? I got stuck with the run, and if any of you know how much I hate "the hill," in my dream it was a REAL HILL and it was really hard to run up. haha. Anyway, I don't know who won, but I remember racing Kirk and some girl up the hill and getting back to find that our nachos weren't done...strange.

Although I enjoyed "Karen", "Nacho" sounds like the kind of workout I can get on board with--except for the real hill and the nachos not being done. Thanks for including me in your twisted, CrossFit dream. See you guys and lil' Michael tonight.

Holy moly. So the consensus is that this was--by far--the WORST WORKOUT YET. I literally wanted to cry trying to run after the first set of back extensions...even Aaron said he felt like an old man trying to run. But no fear, 7 pm-ers...it'll be great.

I had no idea my legs would be sooo wobbly after that whole thing. Great job everybody!

Either that run in Tustin is shorter than it is in Long Beach,

or that slight hill in Long Beach is killing everybody

OR everybody in Tustin is waaaaaaaayyyyyyyyy tougher than everybody in Long Beach
