No pushups! Oh wait. Except for the 63 in the WOD...

I kinda liked the original Sloane WOD (which I have done TWICE already - with regulation warmup):
"In a 24 hour period:
1. Eat and sleep continually throughout the day and night with no distinction between the 2.
2. Take 6 shits.

Good workout today--I was able to hit the 11am class since I'm playin' hooky from work all week.

Mustafa, be careful you don't do the original WOD too often--it leads to an insane amount of body weight gain and a butt rash.
