150 Wallballs for time.
Here's a gal we haven't seen in awhile. Mustafa mentioned he's been missing Kelly- anybody seen her around? I got a feeling we may run into her next week.
So, lots to remember:

Lift Seminar January 24th at 10-- NEWBIES must attend. We love ya!
And... the first shredder of 2009 will be January 31 at 10. If you haven't experienced one yet, it's always a good time-- a killer team workout, followed by Guinness.
Anybody noticed it's been pretty crowded around the gym? Lots of new faces, which is awesome! Keep an eye on the schedule, I'm going to be adding some additional classes really soon.

Set my alarm last night for 5:10am (yeah, I was up at 2:30: ¡¿Y que?!) - gonna buss a buck fiddy at fi-thirdee, G! cuz thas how I roll!!!
Got up at 8:26, which is, like, 5:26 in Hawaii, so I'm only 16 minutes late. 9[:16]am: bright, shiny faces (and you can always gimme some Kimmie for challenge, though Jimmie will gimme a benchmark type ... limmie ... to try and beat ... himmie. My "Be a Poet in 10 seconds a Day" tapes are really paying off!).
Today's task: attack mid-way delay. Check this out: during a small mid-way rest, I was breathing very heavily - but I felt wallballs didn't warrant that much "exhaustion." Told myself "Stop breathing like that." Started breathing more calmly and BAM! improved on the mid-way delay! 7:33, only 14 seconds behind Jim (and a few behind Kim ... pim ba tim bim).
My favorite Karen: Karen Carpenter. Tragic death, but a very beautiful voice and an extremely gifted drummer.
You bring up a good point Mustafa. There are not that many famous Karens, are there?
Karen Carpenter's voice... creeps me out... much like the way the previews for The Curious Case of Benjamin Button do when they show the old-man baby.
