This one has no name, but I think we should call it "Good Times."
5 rounds for time:
45 lb barbell overhead walking lunges, 50 feet
21 Burpees
Of course, you can always modify using dumbbells or a lighter bar. Dumbbells will add a different type of stabilization to the movement. I know the main site indicated that the back knee should gently kiss the ground during each lunge, but I DON'T want you guys to do that. No touching the floor with that knee. Because 3 rounds in, a "gentle kiss" may wind up being a painful slam due to muscle fatigue. Seriously. Let's not even go there, as my grandmother says.
Is it just me, or does this look really weird?
