Doozy. More like "snoozy" if I compare my time to Kim, Chris, and Aaron. It's not on the board, but "catatonic" would be the word I would use if I compare my time to Steven's blazing 21:50Rxd ("‡" -- I think it may have been even faster, because I'm not sure whether he said "fiddy" or "fideen" seconds -- with Steven's "urban" accent and all).

Today's stumbling block: the 2d round at 35 pullups. Just didn't want to do 'em. Had the gloves, but no purse, so I kind of felt out of balance. I really felt the quitter bug when I got to the last set of 20 pullups, given a mother of a lower back spasm. I'm totally looking for Steven to say "Hey, man, if you're hurt, take it easy." Instead, he just looked away and said "'sup to you." Then Kim gave me the finger. DAMNIT! 20 pullups later, I was done.

What? Like Kim's not allowed to say "You're No. 1, Moose!"? Now THAT's encouragement!

MAN: DID YOU SEE HOW CLEAN AND ORGANIZED THE XFIT SPOT WAS ON SATURDAY???!!! DAMN MICHAEL! (Do you do house calls?)

I just came by to be a groupie today, then Chris badgered me into doing a routine (it is SO unfair when I guy says "You workin' out today?" and you're not prepared for that question. The pressure! The shame! I CAN'T TAKE IT!!! "Um, alright." Damn!)

Me and Big Hanks did the XFit Max Load. Yeah, I know I got 2755 the other day (what, with the pushing that car and all), so I thought I'd slow it down a bit and just concentrate on the non-car portion. I was about 20 below my goal, but I'll take today's score for the time being: 805. I don't know everyone else's scores/times, so wait for Mike to post. Great form Hanks!! (But I do remember Jim did Doozy in 21:39 ["‡"] [I hate you!]) Deeanna must have stopped time for hers: she was done before I even noticed! Hanks noted that Lily looked like she had just given birth after doing Doozy.

THAT MICHAEL SURE MAKES SURE WE LEAVE THE XFIT GYM IN A WELL-ORGANIZED STATE! (I am sooo not getting paid to say that either.)
