"Coretastic!"
Complete as many knees to elbows, hollow rocks, Abmat sit-ups, back extensions, GHD sit-ups and supermans as you can in 30 minutes. The catch: you must have an equal amount of reps done for each exercise at the end of 30 minutes.

The Matrix starts tonight!!! Don't forget guys- 7 pm at Cherry. I think this is going to be a great experience- we've got some great stuff in store for those who have signed up. Now there's some multiculturalism: doing 5050³ in arabic. If you read arabic from right to left, Jimmy, I'm trying to figure out how you do the pushups/situps/squats in arabic ... the only thing I can come up with is "very carefully." Masha'Allah, brother.
