WOD September 2, 2008
As many rounds as you can complete in 2 minutes:
3 med ball cleans
6 pushups (no knees!)
9 air squats
Rest one minute; perform 5 times.
Hope everybody had a good Labor Day, and that everyone is in "back to school/back to the gym" mode :) You'll see some changes in instructors- just to accommodate people's schedules- and Steven will get certified in 2 weeks, so we'll have a new coach!
Don't forget- Lift Seminar this Saturday at 10 in Signal Hill (for those of you who haven't attended one yet).

Hey guys. So school starts tomorrow and, unfortunately, I will only be able to teach morning classes on Fridays and Saturdays. I'll miss my morning crew but I'm sure I'll see you all around the gym. You'll have to show Jason, Alan and Steven what you're made of :). But! I'll be teaching in Tustin a lot so I'm looking forward to seeing a lot more of your smiling--or pain-ridden--faces. :)

Ya, on the other blog I posted I said I got the pushups confused or something (and then I posted my blog from yesterday on today's blog--ugh, confusing). Monday was 18 pushups, today--Tuesday, September 2--is 19 pushups. Sorry if more people are confused now. haha.

Not only did these guys put up some great numbers, but they all stayed for Krav right afterwards. All that is except Roger... I guess we'll have to do some more convincing to try and finally get him in some Krav classes

I don't really know what all the fractions mean, but what I do know is that these guys kept pushing even though they knew they couldn't get full sets in with 10 or 15 sec left. They kept working anyways. I gotta give them something!
10 + 120 + 43 = 173 pushups done on Tuesday.
P.S. If you averaged 4 rounds on the WOD, you did 120 pushups!
