WOD September 3, 2008


Liftin' day:
Shoulder Press
1-1-1-1-1-1-1
As always, peak your weight around number 5, then back off a little and get really good form the last 2. Not tired? Do some skill work- fix up those overhead squats, pullups, GHD situps, double unders. There's always room for improvement.
20 pushups, my dears.

I done my 19 yestahday... along wit annudah 101 durin' the WOD. Went to Krav right aftah and did fawty-tree mah dourin' the wahm-up. I den waited til aftah midnight, an I did my 20, on accounta I got dis fake Brooklyn accent I can't shake.

I heard dere's a treatment for dis.

"I've got a fever, and the prescription is more cow bell."

20-21...what's the difference? You guys are so picky! (I changed it on the blog). Sorry guys- I was a little deranged yesterday- my first day back at work in 2 weeks, plus yesterday's workout worked me.
