WOD September 17, 2008
I've entitled this one "Yikes." It's another Freddy special.
Four rounds for time:
200 m run with weight (grab a 14 or 16 lb dynamax)
30 kettlebell/dumbbell swings (M: 55; W: 35)
30 kettlebell sumo deadlift high pulls
Puking is, as always, optional.
Oh, and don't forget your 34 pushups.
And, sign up for FGB!
And, Tustinites in particular, lift seminar this Saturday at 10 (in your 'hood).

Insomnia: CrossFit's way of telling us to push it even harder next time. We should all be sleeping like newborns on quaaludes after these workouts.

But the 6 pm and 7 pm work outs tend to get me so pumped I CAN'T SLEEP! I'm soooo waiting for the 5:30 a.m. workouts. :-D

I think kettlebells are a close second to the burpie for everyone's favorite exercise!
Some used a dumbell instead of kettlebells... Here's the times/weights used.
