Rest/Make-up/Skills
Make up day, guys- or time to practice on those problem areas. A good one to focus on for today- if you're out of ideas- is the GHD situp. It seems that most people struggle with the idea of keeping knees bent as they go back, and straightening/locking out legs as they come back up. This allows you to use the large band of muscle in your quads to help propel you up. Today's GHDs were killer, given the soreness of my back muscles from yesterday's squats. But, "no pain ..." no pain ... no pain ... that's right, just keep saying that ....
I'm sorry that I just missed Kim's muscle-up clinic! :-(

So i'm sure everyone is familiar with synchronized swimming...but have you ever seen synchronized squatting? The first few minutes of tonite's class was f'n hilarious. HAHA!

61 and 62 done--forgot to post. I'm glad I didn't do those squats, have a Half Marathon race this weekend--would have been limping to the finish line!
