+76 pushups. Yeah, yeah- I know- I said it was 76 yesterday- what can I say, I was in vacation mode when I was writing the blog!

Ballys sucks. I thought I'd go there and do Christine because I couldn't make it in earlier, then maybe have some make-up sets with Helen after Krav. THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE A PULLUP BAR! They have every machine gadget you can imagine EXCEPT A ROWER! I did most of the warmup, but I was so disgusted with the lack of CrossFitable equipment that I felt dirty, like I was cheating with some sleazy, hifalutin' sugar mama, and I needed to go home - to CrossFit360.
Took a shower, did my 76. Get ready Christine: I'll be wearing something black.

This morning I went to the dentist, got a root canal. This afternoon I picked up my car from the mechanic, $$$cha-ching$$$$!! Just did 76 pushups. What an awesome day. Does it get any better than this?

Christine and I are just friends now, having had a brutal confrontation this evening wherein she kicked my butt for 14:01 with the rower, 155# and 185#x2 (Dr. Jenn's orders!). Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned.
Mus- you misunderstood me- I just wanted you to warm up with a few lighter deadlifts first (not do the first set lighter!). You wouldn't believe how many of these maniacs jump right into their max weight- without doing anything to loosen up first!

Yeah, I've often contemplated the almost poetic nature of a martial arts class that overlooks a cemetery. I find it to be a combination of inspirational and terrifying.

Yeah, Baby Kelly beat the crap out of poor JD. He might be back someday just to save face :)

Okay, I'll try to bring in a girlfriend tomorrow for Krav. She'll kick butt, I'm sure!
And Jason is officially in for the upcoming San Diego Mud Run on Sunday, November 16th!
So, that means, I'm definitely getting a group together for a sweet, muddy weekend outing.
