WOD October 2, 2008


Shoulder Press
1-1-1-1-1-1-1
+49 pushups
Don't skip the heavy days, gang. Even though sometimes you might not feel like you've exerted yourself as hard, and therefore feel like you need to do something else, trust me, it's not necessary. If you're really lifting your max weight, you are exerting those muscles to the same degree that you're pushing your lungs with the cardiovascular exercises. Fortunately, with our new format if you miss a lifting day, now you'll have a chance to make it up.

49 done... so far guys we have done 1,225!!! 50 on friday it will be 1275!!! half way there. it seem's like yesterday we were doing a easy 30. time flyes when you are having fun!!

Now I'm off to my softball game. I know softball isn't very CrossFit like, but I'm in such good shape from it, I now play left field, center field and shortstop all at once, and I pinch run for everyone on the team.

Tanyi should be banned from lifting exercises because he makes me look like ... um ... like ... he ... um ... is a lot ... um ... stronger ... because he is, but ... um ... THAT FREAKIN GUY ROCKS!!!! I love that you can push 215, and I aspire to your greatness!

CrossFit is great because there's always someone whose limits push the rest of us. ROCK ON TANYI!!!

Oh! And that Kim lady! Who totally beat me at FGB (with, I think, 327 to my 281) -- you inspire me! 105! 105! 105!
